Section 17
Inspection report
(1) In accordance with Section 15, whether the employee who inspects under this Act has made all the other arrangements to be made in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act, including the arrangements to be made for the health and safety of children employed or employed in any establishment contrary to this Act, disclose the actual details. The report must be submitted to the labor office within fifteen days from the date of completion of the inspection. The labor office can check as prescribed whether the employee who has been assigned in this way has acted in accordance with the order according to this section and whether the given report is true or not, and if it is found otherwise, action will be taken according to the law.
(2) According to the report submitted in accordance with sub-section (1), if it is found that no arrangements have been made in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act in any establishment, the Labor Office shall order the manager to make such arrangements as soon as possible.
(3) According to sub-section (2), within the deadline given by the labor office, the manager shall arrange the arrangements as per the order. 1
